We accept payments for any treatments by cash, cheque, credit or debit card at the time of treatment.

We are in-network with Delta Dental PPO/Premier, and out-of-network for all other insurance providers. We will gladly bill any form of PPO insurance for your convenience. Any balance unpaid by your insurance is your responsibility. We do not accept CenCal or Medicare.
