We encourage you to speak with our scheduling coordinators prior to your appointment so that we may discuss any financial or treatment concerns you might have.
We ask that whenever possible, you complete the patient registration form provided on our website prior to your scheduled appointment. You can email back to us or print. If you are not able for whatever reason to complete your registration form, please arrive at our office at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
SLO Endodontics is open Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday 9:00am-3:00pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible.
